Thank you both for all of your help.  Being able to buy this home means the world to me.  It has always been my dream to own my own home. being that I grew up very poor it didn't always seem like that would ever really be an option, and Jake has been a huge part of being able to help me accomplish it now that I am actually in a position to do so.  His kindness and good nature has extended beyond just being a realtor who's job it is to sell us a house.  This has been a bright spot in a rough time for me, and there are no words to describe my gratitude.

Dear Jake,

    I want to say Thank you for your Help in expediting the sale of our Rental property on Whitaker Dr.  We were very leery about going into this whole process in the beginning, due to the economy and outside reasons we did not have much of a choice.  You and your company have made this process as painless as THIS process could possibly be.  Thank you very much for all you have done.

    BUT further more I would like to send a HUGE THANK YOU TO SANDY!!!!  She is absolutely amazing.  From returning phone calls.....(while I'm in a cafe in Seattle I might add) to emailing questions, to showing up at the closing when she didn't have to be the one to be there.  She was such a huge help to us and was always so helpful and very, very, very easy to talk to.  Sandy NEVER made me feel ignorant or uneasy about any of the questions I had for her.  She was refreshing each and every time I had her on the phone and was very patient.

    Anyway your company was amazing and Dale and myself will recommend them to anyone in real estate dilemmas in the future.  Thank you again for all your help. God Bless all of you.
